The service
TripleBill provides billing, inventory, accounting and related software on the web and mobile, with free and paid plans as described on the pricing page.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the actions of users you add
- Keep your credentials confidential
- Use the service lawfully, including tax law that applies to you
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it to provide the service.
Not tax or accounting advice
TripleBill prepares figures from what you record. Filing returns and the correctness of tax positions remain your responsibility; consult a professional where needed.
Paid plans
Fees are billed in advance per the chosen cycle. See the refund policy. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or endanger the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
