Let guests order from a QR code on the table

Print table QR codes, choose whether staff confirm orders, and see them land on the table map.

Steps

  • 1. Set a storefront address under Online → Storefront so the QR links are short.
  • 2. In Settings → Restaurant set QR scan & order to “Staff confirm” (orders wait on the table until you press Send KOT) or “Straight to kitchen”.
  • 3. Under Tables & areas press Print QR sheet for an A4 page with one code per table, or open a single table’s QR.
  • 4. Guests scan, pick items with sizes and add-ons, and send. The table tile shows “QR order · n new”.
  • 5. Once you print the bill, the guest’s page shows the amount with a UPI QR to pay.

Tips

  • Switch a single table’s QR off or regenerate its code from Tables & areas if a printed sheet leaks.
